We recently had the opportunity to have Keith present Equity Diversity and Inclusion training to our security teams at both of our main campuses! Keith, I had the privilege of attending a few of these presentations and you were great at each one! The team was engaged and truly gained a better understanding of how to make our work environment more inclusive and equitable and how to approach others to ensure that we are demonstrating care for each individual and appreciating diversity/inclusion.

I would highly recommend partnering with Keith. We engaged Keith to host a training session for our organization during Black History Month around the history of Anti-Black racism in Canada and the modern day impacts in the workplace. Keith truly went above and beyond - he spent time understanding our organization and delivered one of the most impactful training sessions I have ever attended. We're looking forward to working with Keith again in the near future.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Keith for almost 10 years. I recall when my journey in advancing EDI started he provided me with guidance and shared so much of his expertise with me. Keith has a way of touching people through stories. He makes the a-ha moments relevant and they truly make a lasting impact. I have been fortunate to be present in his sessions and also had the honour of working on projects with Keith. Regardless of the goal he has a way of leaving folks wanting more. Keith makes lasting change and fosters a positive space where anyone can learn and grow. Any organization would benefit from his amazing energy and extensive expertise.
